History of our Church:

We consider this as an opportunity to introduce ourselves. I am pastor N.SAMUEL MATHIVANAN founder and

president of Body of Christ Church, Our church is located in a place called kuthambakkam village near poonamallee &

Sriperumbuthur, chennai, South india. God called to our ministry, by God grace in 07/02/1993 God shown the stars and

told to me, in which their was completed in our duties and to is lighting world, You also like this,then God was kept in

myheart a question in which, did you work my ministry.Now, I obeyed God’s word to start ministry. I came to served as a

co-worker for 5 years in a church. While I was serving there,The Lord spoke to me clearly to go and start a church at

mynative place. But I was not willing to go there, after sometime, I obeyed to God’s word and went to my native place and

started a church in 2000, God has blessed our work and shown great favour among the village people to preach the gospel.

But sudden tragedy hit us at 2005, our church was burnt by unknown people. We trusted God and continued to worship

Him, now God has blessed our church with 120 believers praise be to God alone. We also built a concrete church building

in 2009 and was dedicated by Bishop.John Sathiya Kumar.
